Repeat Guests: We love you! If you have stayed with us in the 18 months prior to your arrival date, you are entitled to a 10% discount on your lodging rate.
Check-in: Guaranteed by 5 PM; Accommodations are often ready prior to 5 PM, be we cannot assure it. If you arrive prior to your accommodation being ready, we welcome you to enjoy our resort facilities while you wait.
A credit card authorization is required upon check-in for all reservations. No exceptions. When you present your debit or credit card at check-in, the remaining amount of your stay plus an additional 20% will automatically be held and made unavailable to you. There is a $50 authorization for stays paid in full.
It can take up to ten days for these funds to become available to you again. We do not recommend using a debit card for authorization at check-in. If you would like to put your final bill on your debit card, you may switch the form of payment to your debit card at check-out.
Check-out: Prior to 11 AM. Late check-out fee is $25/hour.
Reservation Requirements: Renter must be 21 or older. A two night minimum is required on weekends. There is a three night minimum on holidays.
Deposit Requirements: A deposit equal to half of your stay is required to guarantee your reservations. One night stays must be paid in full in advance. Deposit guarantees that the space is reserved. You are financially responsible for the entire length of your reservation. The deposit will be applied to your last night’s stay.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are partially refunded only if cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation is received within the 30 day period, you will forfeit your deposit. If cancellation is received prior to the cancellation deadline, your deposit will be refunded minus a $40 cancellation fee per reservation.
No Show Policy: Should you fail to arrive on the night of your arrival date, your reservation for any subsequent nights will be cancelled, and your accommodations released into our inventory. Any deposit you have with us will be forfeited.
Trip Insurance: If you think that you may not be able to fulfill your reservation obligations, buy our trip insurance within 24 hours of making your original reservation. The cost is 7% of your total room rate, with a minimum of $25. Trip insurance enables you to cancel your reservation or depart early, with only 48 hours notice, and we waive the $40 cancellation fee. - Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to 6 PM on arrival date.
- Cancellations made 25-47 hours prior to 6 PM on arrival date will be charged for the first night of the reservation.
- Cancellations made less than 25 hours prior to 6 PM on arrival date will be charged for the first two nights of the reservation.
- Early departure notifications must be made 48 hours prior to your 11am check-out time.
- Early departures with less than 48 hours notice prior to your 11 AM check-out time will be charged for the entire reservation.
Pets: Pets are allowed in the cottages, cabins, and Cedar Lodge for an additional charge of $20 per pet per night, with a maximum of two pets per unit. All pets must be registered upon check-in. Pets are not allowed in the Main Lodge or any other indoor common areas. All pets must be on a leash when outside, and left in a secured kennel or crate when left unattended in our cottages or cabins. No housekeeping will be provided if pets are not kenneled when unattended. Guests are required to pick up all pet waste created by your pet. We reserve the right to have your pet removed from the premises at any time.
Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are between 10 PM – 7 AM. If a noise complaint is received by the resort within this time, the guest against whom the complaint is issued will be contacted. If multiple complaints are received, the guest may be asked to leave the premises.
Outside Guests: Use of the resort grounds, facilities, and accommodations are included in your lodging rate. Day passes for use of the facilities are available to the public for $10 plus tax. If you plan to have guests visit you while you are staying here, please contact the Front Desk prior to their arrival. You may register up to 4 guests for $5.00 per person. Additional guests must pay regular price.
